オーストラリア・ワーホリビザ申請フォームを記入した後は、申請手数料の支払いへ。
この記事は、ワーホリビザ/オンライン申請書類のアップロード方法の続きです。
ここでは、支払い方法や注意点・申請が完了した後の流れを説明するね。

まずはサクッと、ビザ申請料の基礎を読んでね。
The cost of visas changes from time to time. The cost of your visa is dependent on the date we receive your application. If there is a price increase between the date you lodge your application and the date we receive your application, you will need to pay the new application charge. Please ensure that your daily limit and the available funds are sufficient to cover the surcharge.

ビザ料金は定期的に変更されます。申請時に ImmiAccount に提示される額を支払ってね。ギリギリの額ではなくサーチャージをカバーするぶんもちゃんと口座にいれとけよ。
みたいな内容が書いてある。読めたかな？
ビザ申請で”lodge”という言葉が使われる場合は、”submit”を意味する。別に覚えなくていいけど、申請で非常によく目にする言葉です。
オンラインでビザ申請手数料を支払う
ワーキングホリデービザの料金は、 ImmiAccount に表示されます。ログインせずに金額を確認したい人は Current visa pricing table でチェックできる。
ビザ申請料金の総額は、申請手数料＋為替変換料＋カード利用手数料となる。

Exchange rate
Pay for an online application – Australia government
We set six-monthly foreign currency exchange rates on 1 January and 1 July each year. The cost of your visa application in your own currency will rise or fall in line with this exchange rate. Payments for citizenship applications are accepted in Australian dollars only.
6ヶ月ごとにレートを設定するらしい。言うまでもないが、支払い通貨は豪ドルのみ。wikipedia: Exchange rate も、リーディングしてみて。
支払い方法
支払いの種類や、カード手数料(surcharge)の割合も書いてあるのでみてね。
「Card surcharge」とは、クレカ等の利用手数料のこと。日本にはない社会現象なので、これ別記事で説明します。
複数のカードに分散しての支払いはできないので、そこは注意。
You cannot use more than one credit card to pay for an application. You must pay the whole application fee in one transaction.

クレカ／デビット等で支払いへ
ImmiAccount の「Application charges」で支払い方法(payment options)を選択し、カード情報を入力する。「Total payment amount」が総額だね。

「Credit Card surcharge」は、実際にチャージされるのかどうなんだろうね。そこは申請した人のみぞ知る。詳細：Surcharges
クレジット／デビット支払いの住所記入について
クレジットやデビットで支払う場合は、カード本人の住所を記入する必要があるようなので、もし記入項目があれば、必ず入力してね。おそらく、クレカを作る際に登録した住所を記入すれば良いのかな。
When you pay using a debit or credit card, you must enter the address of the cardholder. We use this information to confirm your payment details.

すでに ImmiAccount 内で住所登録をした人は、自動で表示されるみたいだね。登録してない人は、住所を入れる必要があるみたい。
この住所はビザ申請フォームのそれとはリンクしていないようだ。
Note, changing the above cardholder address will not change address details of visa or citizenship applicants/sponsors record with the Department.

了解を得た上で第三者のカードを使用することもできる。カード会社のシステム上、本人へ利用知らせが届く場合がある。「security authentication code」入力の際は、カード本人(cardholder)の承諾を得ること。まぁ、常識的なことが書いてある。
If you are using someone else’s card to make a payment you must have their permission. The cardholder must be present or you must be able to contact them to get the security authentication code.

「Reference Number」が届くと、支払いが完了したことになる。
You will know if your debit/credit card payment was successful, if you get a receipt with a Reference Number.

PayPal・UnionPay・BPAY等の詳細もあるので、それぞれ利用する人は確認してね。
ビザ手続きが完了した後の流れ
申請料の支払いを終えた時点で、ビザ申請手続きは完了となる。必ず「提出を受理しました」という内容の文面を確認してください。

- We received your visa application
パターンで言うとこんな感じです。
Eメールが届く可能性もあるので、直ちにフォルダーもチェック。
もし「Immi Acknowledgement of Application Received.PDF.」が届いた場合は、内容に目を通してね。例えばこんな見た目の書類、参考までに。特にこのメールが届かなくても焦らなくて大丈夫です。 ImmiAccount で申請が受理されていればOKです。
When you have submitted an application to the department, you may receive correspondence in relation to your application.

申請後は、ImmiAccount で以下の語彙に着目してください。
- 「Acknowledgement」確認(承認)を意味する。
- 「Correspondence」書類受理後の対応や返答という意味だね。
ImmiAccount に「correspondence」とあれば、そこで申請後の返答を確認できる。

- Grant notifications
「Request」の文字があれば、追加情報や書類の要求だね。
「Grant」の文字があればおめでとう、ビザゲットだよ。
発行されたビザ書類の見た目は、IMMI Grant Notification PDFみたいな感じ。これは(subcass 600)という別ビザなので参考までに。
あと［WHV Grant Notification］［WHV Visa Grant Notice］ 当で Image検索するとネットにでてくるよ。英語検索の練習がてらにどうぞ。
